Who Is Ashley Wilson?
There aren't many veteran real estate agents with Ashley Wilson's resume.
Seventy-six million dollars in sales over the past three years, MAME top producer awards in 2007 and 2008, a National Sales Team of the Year Silver Award in 2008, International President’s Premier, and professional certifications in sales and marketing.
Even her first try at real estate was a success. After taking over in a struggling community in Raleigh, Ashley single-handedly changed the sales climate. Before she arrived at Athens Wood, there were only 18 sales in the prior two years. After four months at the helm, not only had she sold 16 houses but she had effectively sold herself out of a job.
Pretty much everything she's touched since she got into real estate has turned to gold. So no, there aren't many veteran agents who sell houses like Ashley Wilson.
But there is one problem with that statement. Ashley's not a veteran real estate agent. In fact, she's not even 30.
